Diary of a Wizard on Xfire – MMO Game Tool Extreme!!

Find diaryofawizard.com on Xfire!  I am now able to keep up with new Wizard101 friends, chat, make awesome videos with sound, take screenshots that AUTOMATICALLY upload when I’m finished playing AND broadcast LIVE when I am playing Wizard101.   I can’t believe I never knew about this awesome tool.  I think I’m in love.  =)

* What is Xfire?

Xfire is a free application that combines multiple gaming tools into one powerful tool to alleviate the need to run multiple different gaming related programs. For instance, Xfire allows you to chat with your friends, see what games they are playing, what servers they are playing on and join them instantly with one click. Xfire also allows you to show off your gaming skills by capturing screenshots and videos and uploading them to your Profile page on the Xfire website. * What are the system requirements for Xfire?

  • PC with a Pentium processor running Windows XP, 2000 or Vista
  • 10 MB available hard drive space recommended
  • Desktop resolution of 800 x 600 at 256 colors (1024 x 768 at 16 bit color or higher recommended)
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 with Service Pack 1 or higher
  • Internet connection (broadband recommended)

    Xfire is intended for the older generation of MMO gamers. Not to talk about age too much, we encourage all younger players to talk with their parents before signing up or installing the software. Just as an FYI, my kids do NOT use Xfire.

    i installed xfire but i can’t figure out how to use it. can you help me and what is a scroll lock key? i can’t figure out how to take pics and make videos. help.

    Hi Shelby! Xfire is loaded with features and might be a little overwhelming at first. BUT once you get the hang of it, your options are amazing with this tool. The SCROLL LOCK key should be located on the top row of your keyboard – it’s usually on the right side near the Print Screen key.

    You can take screenshots in-game by pressing SCROLL LOCK + S. This can be reassigned to a single key or a different key combination by going to the menu and selecting: Tools > Options > Chat. All of your in-game commands can be edited here.

    i’m still having trouble. my mom doesn’t know how to and i press scrolllock+s and nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?

    today i tried to teleport to you but it said you were in a full instance i tried the porting fix you wrote about. it did NOT work. see if there is any other way.
